Taking triathlon into 3 seperate parts, then it seems quite easy. To but it all together might be a bit overhelming and challenging.
According to your needs, we can create the best suitable training plan, with very individual approach and set up realistic targets with You. I promise that I keep you motivated during the preperation period and help with all the techincal and specific questions about triathlon training.
