If yes, then I can help you with that. Triathlon as a sport is quite challenging but totally doable for everyone with right preparation trainings, diet and attitude.

Taking triathlon into 3 seperate parts, then it seems quite easy. To but it all together might be a bit overhelming and challenging.

According to your needs, we can create the best suitable training plan, with very individual approach and set up realistic targets with You. I promise that I keep you motivated during the preperation period and help with all the techincal and specific questions about triathlon training.

You are more than welcome to train with me. Doesn’t matter what is your starting position- if you are beginner or already experienced athlete. Let’s start with training and set some goals!

  • Personal trainings- cycling, running, basic performance trainings.
  • Nutrition in triathlon is like a 4. field. It supports so much the whole performance. It is important to have balanced nutrition while training, competeing and after the race for recovery.
  • We have different training camps during the year- abroad and in Estonia. Ask for information!

ABOUT ME

I am an athelete, enthusiast and pure sports lover. Sporty lifestyle has been my way of life since I can remember.

I have been training atheletes for more than 10 years, helped over 50 people over the finish line with a happy face.

I have different national titles in triathlon (70.3), timetrials and running competitions. Some of my recent results:

2021

Tallinn Ironman 70.3 first age group place (also first Estonian woman)

2022

Tallinn Ironman 70.3 first age group place (also first Estonian woman and overall 2. place)

*qualifying to WC Lahti Ironman 70.3

2023

Lahti Ironman 70.3 World Championships age group 11.place. 4. fastest bike time!

Minu jaoks oli oluline, et treener oleks ise teinud triatloni ning oskaks selles osas kaasa rääkida (väiksed nipid, et võita aega jne) Liisa on südamega asja juures juba esimesest kohtumisest ja plaanide paika panemise hetkest. Ta jälgib pidevalt arengut ja ka seda, et puhkaksid piisavalt. Mõtleb alati kaasa ja on alati olemas, kui tekib mõni küsimus. Parim valik oli Ironman ettevalmistuseks valida Liisa oma treeneriks.

Olles terve hooaeg osalenud Liisa ÜKE trennides võin kinnitada, et trennid on vaheldusrikkad, igaüks leiab omale sobiva raskuse ning tempo ning mis peamine-alati on lõbus! Treenisin ka kaks aastat Ironman võistluseks Liisa koostatud personaalkava järgi ning tundsin iga päev, et inimene teeb õiget asja, hoolib, aitab, kuulab, nõustab. Liisa teeb kõike südamega!
